I am based on the Warwickshire, Leicestershire border and provide Administrative and Accounts support to small businesses in the Midlands. I believe in providing a personal service because every one of my clients is unique, and as such deserve special treatment. As a Member of the Federation of Taxation Assistants I have full support in the fields of Payroll, Self Assessment, Small Business Accounts and most taxation issues, including VAT and the Construction Industry Scheme. As a Partner in Practice with TAS Accounting Software and an accredited agent for Simply Books I am in a position to interface with any of these systems and to supply them at discount to my clients.

Terrified of TAX?

I specialise in maintaining accounts and self assessment for small businesses and sole traders. As an agent recognised by the Inland Revenue I can deal with your personal self assessment paperwork as well as Company Tax Returns. By analysing your personal circumstances I can usually find ways of reducing your income tax burden. Self Assessment is certainly something most of us tend to leave till the last minute and hope for the best. But unfortunately that philosophy often causes us to lose out to the taxman. I can take your day to day records and fill in those forms to your best advantage. I would normally come to visit you and discuss your requirements personally in your own office or home. Mostly my clients prefer to keep their affairs in my hands on the basis of a fixed monthly fee which we arrange in advance to assist in their own internal budgeting

When you have worked hard to earn your cash, you need to know where it is and where it is going. I have the flexibility to cope with your particular circumstances, whether that involves keeping track of your day to day bookkeeping and credit control or tying together the year end accounts and minimising your tax liability. Because I work from my own office I do not need to take precious space in your working environment - so why not outsource your bookkeeping - save space - save time.

Petrified by Payroll?

You don't need to employ a payroll specialist - If you outsource your payroll to my company payroll service, each week or month, with just a phone call to update me on the work that has been done and any other changes and I can deliver, email or fax the pay slips to you along with detailed reports of the payroll for your records. It doesn't matter whether you have one employee or scores we can work out an arrangement that works for you.

Nervous of VAT?

A major headache for most SME's is VAT - again linked with our bookkeeping service is advice and management of your VAT - when to apply - sometimes it can be advantageous even when you don't need to! That is when our bookkeeping tax service comes into its own - I can help you make the most of your opportunities.
